Naza Asset Management ("Naza Asset") is a real assets asset manager with a global portfolio reach. With over RM3 billion in gross Assets Under Management ("AUM") as of 30th June 2020, Naza Asset manages over 200 properties encompassing a well-diversified portfolio in various sectors such as office, retail, industrial, residential and prime land banks, positioned in various strategic locations in Malaysia, US and UK. Naza first set its foot print on real estate investment back in August 1990, when Naza Properties Sdn Bhd was first set up, and since then, it has embarked into various notable investments including Platinum Park KLCC, Naza AutoMall in Petaling Jaya, Plaza TTDI @ Taman Tun Dr Ismail and Giant Headquarter at Shah Alam.
Leveraging on its investor-operator centric philosophy, Naza Asset has evolved into a full-fledged real estate management service division ranging from facility and building management, leasing, investment, divestment and project management - spearheaded by local teams to manage its assets globally.

Established in 2005 with a built-up area of 250, 414 sqft and the capacity to display 2,000 vehicles, Naza Automall is recorded in the Malaysia Book of Records as the largest motor showroom in the country and become a landmark in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Menara Naza is located at Kampung Baru, a 15-storey blue and metallic corporate office building. It was developed in the Kampung Baru area which made it the most prominent building in Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, the main street of that area. The building accommodates for multiple storey of showroom space and provides current common facilities such as badminton courts, a multi-purpose hall, surau and food hall.
Naza Tower is a Grade A Office building with a net lettable area (NLA) of more than 500,000 square feet. Standing out in the Kuala Lumpur skyline, the ‘Green Building Index’ (GBI) accredited tower is part of the prominent development of Platinum Park with spacious built up area of approximately 13,000 sf.
